Cancellation Policy

Booking & Reservation Reservations must be made at least **72 hours before the tour start time**. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. --- Cancellation Policy Up to 3 days before the tour date: Free cancellation 2 days to 1 day before the tour date: 50% of the tour price will be charged On the day of the tour (Japan time) or No Show: 100% of the tour price will be charged *Payment processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. --- Reservation Modification Policy Reservations may be modified up to 72 hours before the tour start time. First modification: Free of charge Second and subsequent modifications: JPY 5,000 per change Modification requests within 72 hours of the tour start time may not be accepted. --- Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be treated as a No Show. No Shows and unannounced late arrivals are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. --- Tour Changes or Cancellation by the Operator The tour may be canceled, postponed, or modified due to weather conditions, safety concerns, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. * Missing a train due to personal reasons is not covered. If the tour is canceled by the operator, guests will be notified as soon as possible. ---
