1.
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Marina’s Inbound Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
2.
Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User") must agree to these Terms.
3.
Various rules, precautions, and other provisions posted on the Company’s website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") shall constitute a part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Details)
4.
The details of the Service are as follows, and the User shall refer to the descriptions on the Website for further details:
(1) Inbound Tourism Arrangement Services: Reservation and booking support for tourism experiences for foreign travelers.
(2) Lifestyle Support Services for Foreign Nationals: Assistance with administrative procedures, translation/interpretation support, support for rental agreements, and coordination with relevant parties.
(3) Homestay Matching Services: Intermediation between hosts and guests.
Article 3 (Formation of Contract)
4.
The service contract shall be deemed formed at the following points in time for each service:
(1) Tourism Arrangement and Homestay Matching: When the User applies via the dedicated form on the Website and credit card payment is completed.
(2) Lifestyle Support: When the Company sends a notice of acceptance in response to the User's inquiry, and credit card payment is completed or cash payment is made.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)
1.
Service fees shall be as stated on the Website.
2.
Payment methods are as follows:
(1) Tourism Arrangement and Homestay Matching: Credit card payment.
(2) Lifestyle Support: Credit card payment or cash payment.
3.
If payment is not completed due to payment errors or other reasons, the Company may suspend or cancel the provision of the Service.
Article 5 (Special Provisions for Tourism Arrangement Services)
1.
The sightseeing arrangement support provided by the Company is based on the premise that the User shall directly enter into contracts with accommodation facilities, transportation providers, experience facilities, etc. The Company shall provide information, administrative support for inputting reservation procedures, and other incidental administrative assistance. The Company shall not be a party to the accommodation contract, etc., and does not perform the conclusion, agency, or mediation of travel contracts under the Travel Agency Act.
2.
The Company does not engage in the creation or sale of travel products (organized or customized travel packages) as defined by the Travel Agency Act.
3.
This Service does not constitute a travel business (organized tour business or customized tour business) as defined under the Travel Agency Act of Japan, and the Company is not a party to any travel contract.
Article 6 (Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds)
1.
Cancellations, changes, or refunds regarding the use of the Service shall be subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy posted on the Website or as stipulated in individual guidance.
2.
Regarding the fees for services provided by the Company, such as reservation support, administrative assistance, and matching, the service shall be deemed completed at the time the administrative work is finished. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made thereafter.
3.
For actual cancellation fees payable to accommodation facilities, transportation providers, experience facilities, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Facilities"), the User shall pay the fees directly to the respective facility in accordance with their regulations, or settle any amounts advanced by the Company.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the content provided by the Company (images, videos, translated texts, guidance materials, etc.) belong to the Company or the legitimate third-party rights holders.
Article 8 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:
(1) Providing false information or using the Service for fraudulent purposes.
(2) Infringing upon the rights of the Company, other Users, or third parties (such as host families).
(3) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
(4) Interfering with the operation of the Company.
Article 9 (Disclaimers)
1.
The Company shall not be liable for any defects, accidents, or damages regarding the services provided by third-party providers (restaurants, facilities, hosts, etc.), except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
2.
Regarding disputes between the User and third parties (hosts, landlords, administrative agencies, etc.), the Company will strive to coordinate in good faith, but the final responsibility for resolution lies with the User.
3.
The Company shall not be liable even if the provision of the Service is delayed or interrupted due to communication environments or equipment failure.
Article 10 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
1.
The Company and the User represent and warrant the following:
(1) They are not an organized crime group, a member thereof, a quasi-member thereof, a related company, a corporate racketeer, or any other anti-social forces (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Anti-Social Forces"), and they do not have any socially condemnable relationship with Anti-Social Forces.
(2) They do not use Anti-Social Forces for the purpose of seeking illicit gain for themselves or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party, nor are they involved in the maintenance or operation of Anti-Social Forces by providing funds or convenience.
(3) They are not entering into this agreement by allowing Anti-Social Forces to use their name.
(4) They shall not, by themselves or through a third party, engage in violent demands, unjust demands beyond legal responsibility, threatening behavior, or acts of obstructing business or damaging credit by spreading rumors or using fraudulent means.
3.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User as a result of the measures taken based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
2.
In the event that the User violates any of the representations or warranties in the preceding paragraph, the Company may take measures to suspend the use of the Service without any prior notice or demand.
Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. Changed Terms shall become effective from the date designated by the Company after notification via the Website or other appropriate methods.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company for the first instance.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service shall come into effect on 1st April, 2026.
Refund & Cancellation Policy :

Article 1 (Inbound Tourism Arrangement Services)
1.
The Company is registered as a "Travel Service Arrangement Provider" (Land Operator).
Based on requests from travel agencies, the Company arranges travel services such as accommodation, transportation, dining,
and experiences within Japan.
2.
The Company does not enter into travel contracts directly with travelers and is not a party to such contracts.
3.
Cancellation fees, change fees, and other conditions are determined based on the contract between the Company and the requesting travel agency.
4.
The Company does not receive travel fees directly from travelers for these arrangements.
Article 2 (Lifestyle Support Services)
1.
Lifestyle Support Services (including interpretation, guiding, booking assistance,
administrative support, translation support, rental contract assistance, and coordination with relevant parties) are personal service provisions and do not constitute a travel contract.
2.
When the Company acts as an agent for booking restaurants, facilities, or other services
as part of Lifestyle Support Services, the contract is formed directly between the User and the respective facility. The Company is not a party to such contract.
3.
Referral fees, reservation support fees, or administrative assistance fees received by the
Company shall accrue at the time the reservation procedure or administrative work is completed, and such fees are non-refundable.
4.
Cancellation fees are determined within the scope of average damages based on human resource commitment and advance preparations as follows:
(1) For Advance Payment

Up to 3 days before the service date: Free (excluding credit card processing fees)

2 days before to the day before: 50% of the service fee as arrangement and preparation costs

On the day(JST) or no-show: 100% of the service fee as the full cost of the service provided
(2) For Same-day Cash Payment

Cancellation from the day before: 100% of the service fee.

No-show without notice: 100% of the service fee.
5.
In the event of a refund, credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
Article 3 (Homestay Matching Services)
1.
The Company operates a matching platform to intermediate accommodation
arrangements between hosts and guests.
2.
Accommodation contracts are concluded directly between the host and the guest, and the Company is not a party to the accommodation contract.
3.
Terms of stay, accommodation fees, and cancellation conditions shall be determined by the host.
7.
This service is intended for mid-to-long-term stays of two weeks or more and does not constitute a travel contract under the Travel Agency Act of Japan.
4.
Accommodation fees shall be paid directly to the host.
5.
The Company receives a prescribed matching fee (a fixed fee or 10% of the total stay amount) upon completion of the matching process.
6.
The matching fee is deemed earned at the time the matching is established and is non-refundable.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service shall come into effect on 1st April, 2026.

The Company collects personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, passport information, and payment information to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

(1) Execution of tourism arrangements, lifestyle support, and homestay matching.
(2) Communication, guidance, and identity verification for the User.
(3) Service improvement and guidance for new services or surveys.
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the User's prior consent, except as required by law. However, information may be provided within the scope necessary for the execution of services (e.g., reservations at accommodation facilities, providing information to host families).
Article 4 (Management of Personal Information)
1.
The Company will strive to prevent the leakage or loss of personal information and implement appropriate safety management measures.
Article 5 (Contact for Inquiries)
1.
Inquiries regarding the handling of personal information should be made via the inquiry form on the Website.
Supplementary Provisions
